Buddhism is about fulfilling our human nature, not suppressing it. Ethics are at the heart of Buddhism, but they are not a list of rules to blindly follow: they are an expression of wisdom that we learn to apply to our everyday lives.
On this retreat we’ll be exploring ethics through reflection, discussion, meditation and movement.
Retreats are a great way to go deeper into concepts and experiences, while forming connections and friendships with other retreatants.
