Maitrikashin

Maitrikashin ("he who shines with loving kindness") is relatively new to the Auckland Buddhist Centre, though not to Buddhism. Born this time in Wellington, Maitrikashin spent almost 40 years living in Australia before moving back here to help care for his elderly mum. He has joined us at the ABC after 20 years with the Melbourne Buddhist Centre.
