I came to Buddhism in 2005 and was ordained in 2019. I help manage Sudarshanaloka Retreat Center as well as teaching mindfulness based yoga at the Thames Buddhist Center. In more recent years I have moved into care work, training as a Chaplain and End of Life Doula.
