Sue Reidy is a GFR mitra and a dedicated member of the Auckland Triratna Buddhist sangha for over two decades. She is also an Auckland novelist, poet and painter. She is the author of three internationally published novels and a short story collection. Her novel The Visitation was a finalist in the Montana NZ Book Awards. She has been a Buddle Findlay Sargeson literary fellow, BNZ Katherine Mansfield short story winner and runner-up in the Sunday Star-Times Short Story Award. She completed a masters in creative writing at the University of Auckland. She works as a freelance copywriter, speechwriter and manuscript assessor.
