Varadhi

Varadhi is a published academic, certified Focusing Teacher and an Ordained Buddhist in the Triratna Buddhist Tradition with a long standing interest in both Eastern and Western wisdom traditions. She has been leading retreats, teaching Focusing Foundations Courses and offering one-on-one guidance for over 10 years.
