Would you like to work on how you connect with others? Start your year with space for reflection, fun, and connection as we explore various modes and methods of communication to better connect with ourselves, each other, and the Dharma. We will spend time together delving into specific tools to help with skillful communication, creative and movement-based activities, mantra and ritual, as well as time for meditation, reflection, and hanging out!
Retreatants are welcome to arrive from 4pm on the 3rd and we will finish by 10.30am on the 8th.
This retreat is for people from the young person's sangha and some experience with Triratna meditation is recommended.
