The theme for this year's New Year retreat is the Tibetan Wheel of Life, an iconic Buddhist image that mirrors the flow and vicissitudes of mundane life.
Trade this years silly season madness for summer at Sudarshanaloka - swimming in the pools, hiking in the bush, meditation and good company, with contemplation of life, love and impermanence.
A week long retreat with the option of dropping in for a minimum of 2 nights - must be booked in advance.
