Walking the mandala with Arthavadin

Starts 24 Nov 2022

Arthavadin

Supported by Dhiraprabha & Akasamati

Walking the land at Sudarshanaloka. This will be a strenuous day of hiking the peaks and valleys of the land of beautiful vision, framed by meditation in the morning and ritual in the evening. Arrive between 5pm and 6pm the night before (Thursday), settle in with dinner and get a good night’s rest before Friday’s workout. We’ll be packing up and heading home at 11am Saturday.

After a long absence (thanks Covid!) Arthavadin - the president of Sudarshanaloka, Lotus Realm and Thames Buddhist Centre - is back with us from the UK. He’s just led a delightfully simple yet deep weekend on the art of stopping in the spiritual life at the ABC. And now we have a range of ways to meet up, practice and hang out together at Sudarshanaloka the week of 21-26 November. Friday is hiking day!
