Completion of new office
August saw the completion of our new office at the top of the Puffa track, now called Kanuka corner. A centralised office and stable high speed internet connection has become something of a priority these days in order to run the run centre, especially now we have our own booking system and retreats.
Two generous donors stumped up the cash and Luke set to work, albeit with occasional help from Guhyavajra, the community and volunteer labour. We have ended up with a well appointed aesthetic work space and communication hub very well fitted out, that has high speed stable internet and an efficient solar power system sufficient to charge electric bikes in addition to meeting the electrical requirements for an office.
