The Triratna system of practice retreat
A men's only retreat.
Regards impermanence, it is a question of realising the emotional, psychological and spiritual
reality of impermanence that is the crucial determining factor of Buddhism. In terms of the practical skills required to live an effective spiritual life, where does the rubber hit the road in terms of our narrow self-interest?
Aside from a 6.30 am start for meditation we will be exploring the Triratna system of practice – integration, positive emotion, spiritual death, spiritual rebirth and receptivity – in context of good company, meditation, ritual puja and plenty of silence for reflection.
The retreat will help develop the skills whereby we can cultivate a Dharma life fully lived in the moment and shape we find ourselves, here now in the present moment.
